The Association hosts several get-togethers at member's garden railways throughout the year, plus indoor exhibitions and other special events. All events listed are held in the UK unless otherwise indicated.

Full details are available to members in the quarterly Association Newsletter & Journal.

Local groups all have their own schedules of additional events; ask the named contacts for details.

Please observe the protocol for events – see NL&J page 65, Issue 190,  Summer 2001 It is important for spectators not to get in the way of drivers of trains. Drivers should not obstruct the tracks when stopping.

Remember to take your boiler certificates if you want to run live steam at any event.
